Auto insurance help?

Question:
A friend of mine had borrowed my truck to move with. I have full coverage and so does she. Whos insurance should pay for back fender damage? She had jackknifed a trailer into the back fender. Anyone have any answers?

Answer:
Her accident; she should pay. Let her insurance go up. Why would you pay for being a nice guy?
Since she was driving your car it is under your insurance.
Insurance coverage is for the propert, not the person - So it covers the car regardless of who's driving.
Even is she wants her insurance to cover the accident, it is not her choice.
You can either put it thru your insurance or she can pay you cash for the damage.
All of this is assuming that the accident was her fault.
If it was the tractor trailors fault, then the truck drivers insurance would pay for damage to both vehicles.
