When I got married, I was told by my insurance company that I needed to include all licensed drivers in my house on my policy - so I added my husband. Now I am divorced, but they tell me that my only options for him to remove himself from the policy or to cancel it. That I can't remove someone from my policy. They say it is the law in Texas. Is this true?
