How to clear a Auto loan?

i got an auto loan for 15,000 i paid it for about 6 months, later after that a family member had borred the truck. its was wreck. its was inpound and since it was on alcohold related accident it was not reported. i then stop making the payments for the truck. 2 years later present time there is a guy asking for me looking for the truck, i didnt tell him it was me. he told me that the bank reported theft or conversion somthing like that. and if they did not get the truck i was going to get a warant. is that possible. what can i do to fix the problem. oh the guy said that if i told him where the truck was it would make the problem go away couse the bank has insurance on the loan.

Why didn't you report the accident? That was a stupid thing to do.You've ruined your credit and could possibly face charges for covering this all up and defrauding the bank.
The only way to fix the problem is to pay the loan off.
PS-learn to spell, and you can't "get a warrant"...the police serve you with one.

Evidently you signed for the loan, making YOU responsible to pay it back. No, the problem will NOT go away. Even if the bank has insurance on the loan, they will still come after you to recoup their losses.

You have to pay off the loan. This isn't going to go away on its own. You have defrauded the finance company and they are pressing charges against you. Good for them.

I dont have the best of credit, well in fact its kinda bad, but I was able to get car loan since I do have a job which is mainly what this place cared most about for me. They are one of these places that have multiple sources and they say like 99 percent approved. So I would give this site a try.
