Incompetent BONEHEADS?
Question:
I went to my auto insurance agent at the begining of the month to arrange an auto-pay from my checking. Instead, I got a threatening phone call saying they hadn't recieved payment because they had the account routing # of a bank I haven't used in over a year. I explained the situation, and the company contacted my agent who told me that it was all "taken care of" . Now I got a letter stating we have a "7 day extension" on our payment followed by a letter threatening to cancel me again. This got my curiousity up and I started checking around and thanks to an incompetent bonehead insurance agent who was either unwilling or unable of feeding the payment plan, I found an insurance company that gives me MORE coverage for LESS.
Answer:
I've basically given up. Boneheads have taken over the world. I just try to maintain a sense of humor. I've had plenty of experiences similar to yours. I don't understand, laziness, stupidity? I kinda think it's a combination of the two.
If you found a better company, I guess it worked out well that they were idiots, huh?
