How do I collect insurance for an auto accident that happened in 1965?
Question:
Answer:
Insurance companies usually have a one year period following an accident to file claims.
The statue of limitation would have long ago been over. There is no way to collect on any claim that old.
It is too long ago for you to collect. Statute of limitations.
I think the statute of limitation has expired but you should contact an attorney www.lawyers.com
ask a lawyer.
I think you may have left it a bit late to put a claim in.
It's a little too late now.
well you have to make sure that you flux capacitor is working correct and just get in your vehicle and drive 88 mph and you should go back in time..if you dont i didnt suggest anything, sorry stat of limitation is 7 years i think
41 years ago??! Whoa! I'm pretty sure the statute of limitations has run out by now. Check with your insurance company though as they will be able to tell you the time limit involved in car accidents. Unless someone died in the accident, I believe the statute has expired by now as murder is the only statute that has no limitation.
Hire a lawyer and file a claim. The result?
You will pay out a lot of money and get NONE back.
PLUS, you will be laughed at a lot, starting NOW, HA HA
you cant
Ask a lawyer. I think it happened to long ago to collect, but if it's a recently found condition caused by the accident. Then maybe a lawyer knows a way to collect.
You are WAY too late!
you wouldnt possibly be interested in some ocean front property would you?
