Any opinions on Insurance Agencies in Largo, FL re: RENTER's Insurance?

Question: If I purchase renter's insurance, do I need to purchase flood insurance also? (I DO NOT live in an evacuation zone)
Also, should I take polaroid pictures of my belongings or use a digital camera? P.S. I don't want Allstate or State Farm. Currently, my auto is insured with Geico.

Just get the renter's insurance where you get your car insurance. You will get a discount this way. Take digital photos or make a video.
