they get paid pretty good i think starting salary is around 40-50k based on experience and no limit beacuse you are working for the insurance company
It really depends very much on who you are working for. In independent firm may have a very different pay structure than a major insurance company. I began with State Farm Insurance Company in 1993 as an auto claims adjuster for just under 30K.
The increases are frequent during the first few years, but slow down and then are dependent on your advancements thereafter.
