My husband just bought a motorcycle. Should I be worried?

Question:
I'm just wondering if I should up his life insurance or auto insurance?

Answer:
Statistics show that if your hubby can make it through the first year, the odds will go down but with no guarantees. Year One is crucial. Get a term- life insurance policy at least for a year and then re-evaluate the situation at that time.
Yeah...preferrably the life insurance...riding a motorcycle is like 'pending suicide'.
Up his life insurance and hop on the back! Riding is the ultimate freedom!
LOL--Sorry that was funny...as long as he is a responsible rider and wears his helmet.he should be ok
Just never let him ride it without the proper protection. My helmet saved my life 3 weeks ago..
Yes, you should be worried..When your life insurance company discovers that he has a motorcycle, they will go up on your premiums..How Bout' that.
You have a reason to be concerned. With a motor bike, there is no protection from 4 sides like an auto body. Even wearing a helmet, motorbiking is very dangerous, especially with all the crazies who have nothing but disregard for traffic regulations.
Up the life insurance. My brother had on a helment when he was killed in a motorcycle accident
They dont call them "donorcycles" for nothing! If you cant talk him out of it..do make sure he is wearing a helmet & has taken a motorcycle training class. You will need to insure this just like you would any other vehicle.
motorcycles are very dangerous.even if he is a good driver, theres still those stupid people out there that arent good drivers that put his life in danger. just imagine if he got hit...wheres he going to go? right into the pavement. sell the bike, and buy something safer.
Not to worry. As long as he doesn't risk his life doing crazy stunts he should be ok. Even if he doesn't wear a helmet. I know a lot of people who ride very wildly and you can garantee they're always going to be involved in some sort of accident. If he rides like a normal human being he will survive.
Not at all. The vast majority of motorcycle riders are responsible and careful. The reckless type you hear about are a vast minority. As long as he uses common sense on the road and wears a helmet, it should be no big deal.
bikes are great, but there are only two kinds of bikes. bikes that have gone down and bikes that are going down. I've known a lot of good riders who have gone down not always their own doing. people don't look out for bikes you have to be very cautious on the roads
dont worry about it. I might not be much help because i love guys and their bikes, but upping his insurance is just being cautious so youre just being safe by doing that. He should know what he's doing. Good Luck!
lol
no dont be, just make him wear a helmet and promise u 2 always 2 wear one. I just bought motorcycle and took the classes, he will be alright.
not as long as he keeps it in the garage.
i dunno but make him wear a helmet unlike big ben rothlisberger cuz that will make him a bit safer but anything is dangerous with other wreckless people on the road
have a great day
No. Don't worry, unless you're husband is a heavy drinker and is irresponsible. Motorcycles are safe if the driver has been trained in defensive motorcycle driving techniques.
