I was involved in an auto accident 3 years ago and had surgery on my neck and did not get better.?

I was involved in an accident where I was not at fault. I did not whant to emmediatly do surgery but my neck pains were to severe and I felt I had no choice. I had the surgery last August and my neck does not feel any better. The insurance company has a million dollar policy and my med bills are 80k. They just made and offer of 15K. My Lawyer said he would go to trial and maby get me some money and maby not. He said he would file for court back in March and he still has not. He is always going on vacation and does not seem likely to get me much if any money. Would you follow through with him or hire another attorney? How much is my case worth being that I had surgery,still have a lot of pain and suffering?

Read over the aggrement you signed when you hired your current attorney. Make sure he doesn't have any monetary consequenses to breaking your aggrement.

Then hire a new reputable attorney that is very experianced in car accident claims.
