Their claim service is pretty good. After I totalled my 1997 Corolla in 2000 in an accident that was my fault, they paid about $8000 for it, which was generous.
The company and service is pretty darn good. I would give it an 8 out of 10. Though I would shop around if price is a main concern. Try Amica. They did GREAT for me.

All the top insurance companies provide good service. It all depends like whom you are comfortable dealing with, and with whom you save the most $$$. I switched from Progressive to GEICO. didnt find any difference whatsoever except saving some $$$
