I need help with sending to cancelled auto insurance policies stating we have new companies and lower rates.?

Question:
Its an auto insurance company trying to win back cancelled policies.

Answer:
When they call, you thank them for their time and state, "I do not wish to be contacted again. Please remove me from your call list."

Since you've done business with them in the past, it's not telemarketing.. until you tell them explicitly not to call anymore ;)

Make sure to get the name of the person you talked to and write the name, name of company, and date the call was received. (best put in a day planner). If they call again, reference the previous call and state that they are now harassing you and can be reported.
Call them and tell them you don't need their policy. It shouldn't be an issue.
Can't you ask your agent to do that? You can just ignore the solicitation letter or phone call . . .
