I had an uninsured accident on 07-03-2006, I am trying to contact the victoms insurance company to begin payment arrangements to fix their car. They are an older couple and I feel really bad about the situation; but all they could tell me was that they only new their Ins. broker, "Thomas Rutherford Ins. and not the actual company that held their policy. They did tell me that it was in Roanoke, VA. I did a web search and what I found was Thomas Ruthafoord Inc.: does this sound like the correct place to contact? Please Help!! sounds likely it is correct. best to give them a call and ask if one of their clients is the one that you were involved with in the acciden.
