Why are downstate NY drivers the worst ever when it comes to obeying traffic laws?
Question:
Answer:
I do the same thing, commute from CT to Westchester.but the CT drivers aren't exempt on I-95 I tell you. And the Merritt, don't even get me started on that. If you are not going at least 90 mph, you WILL be run down.
But NYC drivers are bad too. They are just impatient, always late due to traffic and kind of a **** you attitude because their **** doesn't stink. I agree with you. I-287 has lots of these kinds.
It feels that way everywhere
yeah, Jimbo ... nobody is worse than Houston drivers!
Come to Houston, Texas. It's just as bad. We are supposed to be implementing cameras on certain bad intersections in order to catch drivers and issue tickets. They can't issue a moving violation ticket, but they can issue a civil violation.
STOP PRODUCING BABIES!!!THE POPULATION IS INCREASING.
LOL I didn't know I was such a bad driver. I have had trouble in CT and someone even faked directions for me when I stopped at a gas station. Went miles out of my way.
We've lived all over the world and NO ONE PLACE has a corner on the market on idiotic drivers. And, the citizen imposed moratorium on turn signal use is international.
The flip side is that we find courteous drivers where ever we go, too, they just aren't as memorable (they don't put your life in jeopardy!!)
no, i think that Rhode Island holds the coupe de grace. i've never seen a turning signal used. I've driven there numerous times.
WHOLEY MOLEY!! I'm from Maine, and let me tell you, you guys from CT aren't that great, but the WORSE, absolute WORSE drivers are the MASS-HOLES! We get Flatlanders, Mass-holes, and you New Yorkers, and the Mass-holes win hands down for WORSE DRIVERS EVER.
Have you ever driven in the North Shore part of Boston? Salem, Lynn, Beverly?? Oh man, you take your bloody life in your hands!
