I'M UNSURE WHAT TO DO, THE LADY HIT MY CAR AND HER INSURANCE WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES AND ANY RENTAL FEES. MY ATTORNEY IS DOING NOTHING. MY CAR IS AT A LOSS AND I DON'T HAVE A CAR NOW- THE OTHER PARTIES INSUR IS ONLY COVERING 1MONTH AND THE DR IS SAYING THAT WE STILL NEED MORE THERPY,I TOLD MY ATTORNEY THAT I AM NOT ABLE TO GO TO THERPY W/O A CAR BECAUSE TRAVELING/ WALKING FOR A PERIOD OF TIME IS TO MUCH ON MY BACK MY BACK AND NECK HURTSWHAT WOULD YOU RECOMMEND.THEN THE ATTORNEY STATED THAT- DO I WANT TO SETTLE NOW? IF I SETTLE THATS IT., THERE NOT PROVIDING ENOUGH LEGAL OPTIONS FOR ME I HAD THE ACCIDENT IN MAY OF THIS YR AND ITS NOW JULY- PLEASE HELP- I LIVE IN CA

You need a good lawyer who specializes in auto accidents and even then it's going to take at least two years to get any money for your injuries, the insurance company should settle on your car almost immediately and give you what it is worth so you can go get something else, there taking too long on that, better get on them.
go to a "auto-injury" doctor. they advertise on tv. i'm sure they are in the yellow pages. right after car accident, go to them and a "check-up" for "injuries" they will say you have some injury. it's bs, but you can then sue for medical treatment and stuff like trauma. good luck!
