i was not read indictment by lawyer or court i was in jail for 7 months before i recieved copy of indictment it had me falsifing motor vehicle inspection stickers , now probation revoked me again and wants me to do 5 months in jail intensive supervision drug classes , interlocker on vehicle, i dont know where to turn, i have a warrant for my arrest now because i did not do what they asked , i spent around $20,000. so far district attorney in johnson co tx and all the lawyers and judges agree everything in my case was wrong but wont do anything to help me . i filed grievences on original attorney and state bar is investigating now and has been for mor than 3 months . the court transcripts were falsified as to proceedings the date i took plea bargin , i have all documentations of law enforcements wrong doing from lawyer to juges to district attorney all i need is help to bring justice to a corrupt judicial system in johnson co texas

The main trouble is the probation, since no matter if you get the other case dismissed, they can and will revoke that and even if they violated your rights during the new charge, it does not change thier rights to revoke.
It sounds like you are merely filing charges for no other reason than to try and fight a system, instead of dealing with it. ( not unusual for people who have no real defense in their case)
