Looking for regulations and insurance for a rolling kitchen where do I look or who do I need to contact in TX?

Question: I am looking to buy a new rolling kitchen but I have to have insurance for the trailer and only so many AUTO insuarance carriers will insure SO WHERE do I look PLEASE HELP!!

For insurance, I would consult with your state's chapter of the National Restaurant Association. They generally have contact information on insurers for food service operations.
