What concerns you more the price of gas or the cost of Insurance which has increaed 30% higher then gas.?

Insurance is a bigger part of the budget then gas is and it is always going up .
WHY are we so worried about gas when we have other problems to concern our-selfs with .

Agreed. Gas is bad, but is set by open markets.
Workers Comp insurance is out of control and driven to high levels by ever increasing bureaucracy and overly complicated regulations.
Insurance is cheap and I don't care about the cost of fuel.
I'm more annoyed with the people who constantly complain about the cost of fuel. If they don't like it. Don't drive. It's that simple.

Insurance is - for most people - something you pay on a semi-annual basis and you can save up your pennies for it (lots of pennies!). On the other hand, gas is something that you get hit with at least once a week or more depending upon how much you drive, so the immediate impact is much greater. Also, we've been spoiled over the years by cheap gas prices - when I was in college back in the Dark Ages - you could get a dollar's worth and it would last you all week. Then, in the 1970's prices doubled and we all yelled bloody murder. When the '80's rolled around they went up to from anywhere to 75 cents to a dollar a gallon and we yelled more. And, you can figure out the rest. More yelling. Actually, when you consider what they have to pay in other countries for a gallon of gas - we've still got it cheap - but we're catching up to the rest of the world.
We concern more about the cost of insurance which has increased 30% higher than gas. Gas expense depends on how many km you drive. Less drive, less gas expense. I can not control gas price, but I can control my drive km.
But for insurance cost, I have to pay every month, no any control by me. I have to pay it even I only drive 1 km or ZERO km.

i know we think our gas is high... but an exchange student in my shcool is from germany. he was telling us that there gas is about $1. a LITER!!
