None of them have licenses or insurance. They are usually drunk and when they plow into you, they keep going. I saw 30 of them get out of an Explorer the other day with 1995 tags on the vehicle...
Our own government doesn't know what the word illegal means,it means against the law,breaking the law,a criminal,and we turn around and let them get driver license,maybe the ones allowing this should be in jail.
