Can I get auto insurance and register a new car under my name without having a drivers license?

Question:

Answer:
Sure. My mother-in-law did it for years to have a vehicle so people could take her places. Just don't drive.
Yes. I know blind people that own cars. On the Insurance you will have to name a primary driver.
i wouldn,t have thought so
I dont see why not. Say I have an anteak and it is being restored. I want to insurance on it and it has to be registerd.
I for an example have an RV and it has to have insurance and plates and register it with the dmv, but I dont have a licence to drive it
This question can only be answered by following the motor vehicle regulations for your location. Some details on your location would prove helpful in providing the most suitable answer.
You may want to start with asking your local registries office or department of motor vehicles for the answer. The quickest way to find out will likely be to just ask your insurance provider. I am inclined to believe that you may be able to insure the vehicle but in most districts you will have to have a valid drivers liscense to register the vehicle.
Good Luck!
