Do auto insurance companies look at your mileage?

Question:
I notes a significant drop in my monthly quote if I lied about how many miles I intended on driving on a regular basis...

Answer:
If you dont have full coverage, then most of them wont actually come out and look. I have never had one actually come out to the car and look at it on any that werent fully covered. BUT if you do get into an accident then they can fine you or even refuse to pay ANY coverage because it is considered FRAUD. If you are still doing that, be carefull with it because they have the right to inspect your car at any time while they are covering it. Even if it is just liability insurance. Theres always that first time.
