Answer:
Try New Jersey Manufacturers. They are a privately owned company and have the lowest prices of any. They also give dividends on your policy that can be applied to your next year's premium. They have pretty strict guidlines to qualify for insurance. But if you have a clean drivers record they are by far the least expensive.
