I was in an auto accident and have to pay out of pocket, no one was injured.?

Question:
Other then paying for the damage of the vehicle and possilbly her deductable, what other fees are her insurance company going to tack on. I was thinking maybe her car rental fees too...? I don't have a clue?

Answer:
If she has rental coverage then her insurance company will expect you to reinburse them for ALL costs, including rental, vehicle repairs, towing and the deductible amount. Most will work out a payment plan but be warned: these guys do NOT play around. You decide not to pay and you will find yourself before a judge before you can say, "I should have had liability".
all kinds of stuff
Depending on what state you live in, some require you have insurance, if your state does, you may have a law suit arising.
Dig deep this will hurt.
You're liable for all losses to the other party. Repairs to her car, possibly dimunition of value, rental car and of course any resulting medical bills. Hope you have deep pockets. You'll get a subrogation letter from her insurance company and a demand for payment. If you don't pay in full immediately you'll probably lose your license until it's paid.
what bost said. they wont play games with u. dig deep, or expect to get a letter from the state saying they're suspending ur license until everything is paid.
