In my state, you take it to the DMV and they will enter it on your MVR where you get 4 points credit for taking the Defensive Driving Course.
In addition, I would suggest you contact your insurance company by using the number or website you used to apply for the insurance. They will advise if they want a copy of the certificate and they will be most happy to give you their address.
you should just send it to your insurance company or take it to your insurance agent.
It's kind of hard to give an address to an insurance company when you don't list the name. Not everyone uses the same company and there isn't just one big collective building for all insurance companys
You neglected to tell us what insurance carrier you have. It it AAA? If it is, what state?
