this is the old Nigerian bank scam, this has been going on for a while now best thing to do is delete and forget about it.
This scam has been reported so many times, but it's outside the continental united states, Unless the Nigerian government cracks down on these guys there is basically nothing you can do except add you name to a list as long as your arm.
