Im filling out this form for the university i plan on attending online. It has 4 questions on the first page with a lot of information above that about different kinds of loans, attandance,grades,ect. One question asks me if i were to recieve an award but not attend term 1 my aid would be cancelled. than it asks me what would i do to reinstATE MYSELF. iT GIVES me some choices like MPN form,Sap appeal form, PLUS request form And partialyear loan. What do all these choices mean? If they mean loans im not looking for loans. I try to choose the SAp appeal form but it tells me that i have the worng answer, i think the other three are just loans. Im confused. Could someone help me? maybe?

They give you this quiz to make sure you understand what you're getting yourself into by taking out student loans.
You can only fail this quiz online three times, then you have to go to the school and take a paper quiz.
