They have to be licensed to do business in your state. Ask them to give you proof and contact the state.

you could check with the better business bureau.
if its out of the country i wouldn't use them at all.
next i would look into the better business bureau. if they aren't listed then there is a possibility they don't exist. if you do find them on the BBB you might be able to see negative feedback from other customers that have used them.
first off, if it looks like a really good deal, most likely it is a scam, second, if it is out of the country that increases the chance of a scam by a LOT!!
i just looked at the website and it is horrible. there are many grammar mistakes.

TIP: Request Info about there program. DO NOT give any personal info. See If they mention associated fees. Asking for an advance fee/payment is illegal in the US and Canada.I have already done the research on Malfirm aka MultiAngles aka Jennifer Walker aka Jennifer Walls aka Barrister Tom Akimade... This is a definitely a SCAM. They will promise to fund your loan at a low interest rate, most likely use your personal info to steal your indentity and wipe out your bank account then take your money (the advance fee) and run or send you a fake check that gets charged back to your bank account. You are left holding the bag. Be CAREFUL!
