My husband just recently applied for a loan and forgot to tell me that my name was going to be on it until after everything was approved. He went ahead and put me on the loan with this bank, I already have a loan through this bank, and then calls me and says, well I got the loan. I wasn't in support of this loan because we didn't need this particular item. Long story short, he comes home and tells me I have papers to sign. I said what papers? I didn't apply for this loan, he said I told you that WE got the loan. I said and you didn't call me to say that that I was included. Basically I have no say in anything in this family, if he doesn't get his way then its WAR. So he cornered me and had me sign my signature on this blank application. He went to work and filled the rest out. He has false information on the loan about me stating that I am making 2500.00 a month. FALSE. He is also online posing as a single man that doesn't want kids. Entrapment? I have been completely used

You realize of course that you are a partner in a fruad. If the loan has not been processed I would be phoning the bank and asking to revise the information before the loan proceeds are turned over. I think you and your husband need some help.
Then we all want to know why you are still with him? Ever thought of hiring a lawyer and getting a divorce?
call the bank and tell them the truth, then find a divorce attorney. If you can prove what he is doing on-line you need to document it, so that you have that proof. Get out before he ruins you.
Your rights? You have the right to get out of an abusive marriage and make a life for yourself that doesn't include physical intimidation, lying, fraud, and financial ruin.
call the authorities and tell them your story of course if you go to the loan place and tell them to take your info off and make it anonymous b/4 he gets the money then maybe that will work.
Call the cops and the bank. Get rid of the turkey.
If I was you I will go to the bank and Tell them about that situation, and take your pay stubs with you. Let's see what they have to say about it.
