Has anyone got a loan from Tracy Lee?
Question:
Answer:
If she contacted you, it's a scam.
If you send her personal info, you're at risk for identity theft; and if she asks for "insurance" or a "fee to guarantee" the loan, you're about to get ripped off.

YAHOO as a mail service for a lender?
C'mon.
nope. sounds odd. I'd pass.
Did you actually receive the money yet? DO NOT send her any money up front! Especially by Western Union. They love that. When you get a loan you should NEVER have to pay money up front. If you do this you will never see that money again. If you did actually get the loan then congratulations. Otherwise call her back and tell her you are doing some investigating first into her business and see what happens.
First red flag, she contacted you. Most leg. loan companies don't come to you unless you have completed their application. Be careful of the loan scammers out there. Another red flag is that they ask for money upfront-this is not legal in the United States or Canada. Do not give her any of your personal information until you can verify who she is. Get information like a verifiable name, business address, business name, veriable phone number not some 866 or 888 number. Proceed with caution. Check the websites for the Federal Trade Commission and Crimes of Persuasion about advance fee loan scams.
