Enrolled agent qualified for H1 B visa?

Question:
I am an enrolled agent. Am i qualified to apply for an H1B US visa?thanks

Answer:
The first answer is incorrect. You must have a BA or higher not a masters.. and although preference is given to US citizens first companies have a way around that which allows them to hire someone from outside of the US.. they simply make the job requirements match the person they want for the jobs resume. and state that they could not find anyone within the US that has the qualifacations that they need.
Only if you have a professional college degree such as a masters or higher. Then you must prove that no American citizen or legal immigrant already here wants the job first. This is done via advertising the job in the paper. You have to already have a job before you can get this visa and even then you must wait in line...a very long line.
