200 thousand in debt with federal and state taxes. what to do?

huge tax problems. with irs and state. only 10,000 in equity in house.irs staring to levy bank accounts. any ideas? they tell me offer in compermise with irs is option. better to deal with then myself or get tax lawyer? please give suggestions.

Look for a financial advisor, like in H&R block...Don't file bankrupticy until you are sure you don't have any more options.God luck.Don't try to do all by yourself, they have helpfull information that we don't.
