HRD is the department of the organisation that deals with the relationship between people. It regulates the functioning of the employees and employers of the company. The HRD is also responsible for maintainence of the quality and standard of fresh recruits and placements within the company.
For careers and training in the field of HRD you would have to complete graduation in any discipline and then join MBA/MMS with HRD as specialisation from a reputed/recognised university.

Prior to seeking admission in HRD MBA you would have to clear the many entrance exams in India such as CAT/CET/MAT/XAT

Hi, I am presently working as HR Executive. u have asked somthing very vast. Its a complete subject. Anyways HRD revolves around the employees and organization, in every aspect.
U do MBA in HR u will understand it better.
U have to have pass entance test like Icet , if regular basis.

U have a bright career.But.
