Creative question at job Interview?

Question:
I'm interviewing for a project management position and one of the questions asked is "Are you creative when it comes to your work and if so how?" Could someone give me some ways to answer this question without sounding cliche'.

Answer:
Think about ways when you have thought outside the box or taken the answer that you were given and decided that you were not happy with it and improved on it. For example if someone told you that something isn't possible but you didn't believe them and found a way around the barrier.

Have you been involved in developing any processes within the department or innovated something already in place? This can often be a small way that things are done but would show that you can bring a fresh set of eyes and ideas to a situation.
Yes, I am creative. I take my work like a piece of clay that needs shaping. Through dedication and innovation, I can overcome the boundaries of the mundane.
