1.For "conduct feassibility study of the Project" , this means that first you have to prepare a skeleton or The initial Design of the accounting software , which should not contain Programme codes .You may have studied Design and analysis of a programme.This includes how much time, lines of program codes, which software language you are going to use to prepare the software.Many people opt for Microsoft's SQL,VB etc.What will be the size of the software?.What will you charge for the Software? ertc etc.
2.Define scope of the project : Here you have to estimate How much years will the software be used by coustomers.FOR EXAMPLE WINDOWS 98 IS STILL USED BY MANY PEOPLE. YOU SHOULD MAKE REVERSE ENGINEERING OR DESMANTELLING OF THE SOFTWARE CODES VERY EASY. FOR THE COMPANY YOU SUBMIT.
3.In risk factor, you have to explain the current software developers are Businness risks and lossess arising due to Compitition.
4.I prefer Microsoft's softwares, ada,VB
