67 year old super human resources director wants to make meaningful contribution, so who will have me?

Question:
reside in holliston, ma

Answer:
I would suggest that you look toward your local non-profit board of director groups. They are always looking for someone with your skills to help with their organizations.

I serve on two non-profit boards, and help them with marketing, human resources, and business development.

Many non-profit boards need people like yourself to help guide their policies, procedure, mission, and values.
what kind of contribution do you want to make?
1. A financial contribution.
2. From experience; mentor a younger person on a matter(s) of their choice.
3. Etc.
Try the Government. You will find many Government HR jobs open all over the country. I work in HR for a Government agency...I think you will have good luck with all of your experience. If you apply to a government job, my best advice is to literally write a book on your KSA (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities), which is a required part of the application.

The website for all Government jobs is www.usajobs.gov. Good luck!
