Go to the store and request to speak to the manager..when you speak with him/her at that time request a copy of your complaint in writing, and get the district and regional managers names and contact information. Inform the manager if the issue is not rersolved to your satisfaction in 72 hours that you will contact the "higher ups"
Try Walmart.com they should have a number to "contact us" you could probably ask there.. or call your local store and ask them the number for the corporate office.
Good luck in finding HR. Most of the time I can't find a cash register with less than 15 people in line.
