MBA or MS in IT Project Management?

Question: I am 6 years of Information technology exp in various roles and varied technology,One can say I am jack of All master of none.
I have plans to pursue MS in IT project Mangement but confused..
Should an MBA a better option of MS ?

go for Phd. Anything less than PhD is waste of time and money. No respect for MBAs or MS nowadays. Anyone can do it. It is PhD that matters.
