I have a careers project where I have to Define the Skill and Demonstrate it. I picked School Management Skills as a skill. This skill and I am sure of it has nothing to do with operating in the education system or a skill. It probably has more to do with how students complete their school work, assignments, and how they handle school. So are there any examples, definitions, anything on school management skills. Please give me a link anything. I have the project due tomorrow. Also I am from Canada, Ontario to be specific so it would be much appreciated if I get Canadian education refrences.

I would actually disagree with some of your confusingly-worded question -- School Management (also called Educational Administration or Academic Administration) is how school are run, like how the teachers are taught and how the principals and superintendents are chosen, trained and managed. It's more about the ethos and setup of a school than how students complete their assignments - it's the "why" of the school system (or individual school) in addition to the "how:
