Switzerland - International Human Resource Management?

Question:
Attention: Swiss Nationals or those who understand Swiss Culture...

I am researching certain cultural aspects of doing business in Switzerland. And I've the following query:

What are some of the aspects in how culture would play a part in hiring and human resource management in Switzerland. From the perspective of a U.S. company hiring and managing employees from Switzerland, can you describe some culture-specific differences that might affect hiring and HRM issues for these employees.

E.g., performance reviews and how they are generally conducted in the U.S. How might the cultural differences (or similarities) affect how the performance review goes?

Answer:
Of course there are some differences you should consider. I don't think that somebody will give you a qualified answer here.

You should either read some publication about this topic (there are dozens) or contact a good HR consultant in Switzerland.
