How can I break into a career?
Question:
Answer:
I would recommed the financial services industry, where much of your training is gained on the job, you can start as an HR Associate, HR Consultant, HR Analyst, then HR Recruiter, there are many opportunities for career advancement. The reason financial services may be a good avenue for you is since everyone uses Banking products and services in every town in America. You can try www.monster.com or ww.yahoo.com (jobs) to get some other ideas. Don't think that you can't get a job only because you have a HS Diploma? That's okay! You can take some HR generalist courses at a local community college, or correspondence school. Good Luck! :-)
While you are trying to acheive that career earn extra money, it has helped me, I am taking classes in the health care field with my earnings. I have 1 1/2 years left before I receive my BA in Nursing.
You can make extra money by reading emails, Me and my kids have tried a couple different websites and we have found that the best ones, that will send you a check, are below, you can receive .02 to .10 cents for each emails, they even provide a $5 to $10 bonus to sign up and this is a legitimate and free service you do not have to pay to join.
I have found that you receive faster checks by referrals. you also get paid for the emails your referrals read.
I currently have five referrals.

1. The best way to "break" into any position is to work as a seasonal, temporary or part-time worker. You can obtain a job through a temporary agency as a receptionist. This is definitely a start in the Human Resources sector of employment.
2. With a customer service background, you could get a job in a bank or other organization; and later on transfer to Human Resources if and when a position become available.
3. If you eventually obtain a receptionist position working for a temporary agency, then you can simply fill in for the regular Human Resources clerk when he or she goes on vacations, etc...and gain some experience this way.
Good Luck!
