first of all ..spellings. lolz... personnel management is the old theory...which was used 2 JUST hire n fire da ppl... now human beings r taken as a resource.. rather one of da very imp resource 2 make a business go up .. n as it is said ppl can b da best assets r liabilities... so now HRM is used to not only hire n fire ppl.. but there z a complete process... how to keep them motivated.. how 2 involve them in organizational building n achieving organizational goals... and how 2 get best out of them.. there are many new theories invovled now.
