Project management in electrical power industry or in the IT industry ?

Question: Which is better and which to choose ?
Currently I'm a PM in the electrical panel boards industry , and I think of switching to the networks field (Cisco) ... any ideas ?

Answer:
It is really a judgment call for you. I think IT would pay much better but do you have the training, qualifications and experience for it? What do you have to do in your present job so you can move up? I hope this helps.
