Human Resources MA?

Question:
I have an upcoming exam based on Organisational Behaviour (inc things like learning styles, motivation, psychometric testing etc). Can anyone recommend any sources that don't just talk about theories but also how to apply them in the work place? cheers

Answer:
My company uses something called Management by Strengths. It not only tells you what kind of person/worker you are but how your co-workers need to work with you for best results. It also tells you how to get the most out of your co-workers. I.e. I need some notice and timelines to get things done well- sudden deadlines are difficult for me but if I am given a timeline I can accomplish most tasks easily and before deadline.
