PC NO SOUND??I tested it and I got an error...?

You better re-install your sound driver...
Sound driver , update it or re install it.
Hello there..
1) it just might be your windows installation files are corrupt or the directX version is outdated .. ( use 9.0c )
2) maybe you tried to install the sound card driver but install a wrong one instead sometimes sound cards get installed with different drivers.
anyways .. to check that .. right-click my computer > properties> hardware> device Manager ..
and go down to sound, video and game controllers ..
collapse the tree and see if there's any exclamation marks on it ( they are in Yellow color . )
and make sure you install the correct driver ..
