Any recommendations for a couple of good books on management?

Question:
I'm transitioning from the Marine Corps to the corporate world and would like to find a couple of good books that will set me up for success as a manager. I've been a commanding officer, platoon commander, and member of various staffs. My new position will be as a project manager with a communications and security company where I will be coordinating various projects and several different teams.

Any recommendations? I already have Dale Carnegie's "Lifetime Plan for Success" Loved it(and would reccomend it to anyone who hasn't read it), but it's a little general. Any others that could provide some insight?
