How do I find a good human resources job?

Question:

Answer:
There's a great site called Craigslist.com where you can search all sorts of jobs. Just click on your area or the area you'd like to live in and sort through a job search. It will at least give you an idea of what companies are looking to hire. Good luck!

I work in HR. You need to give more details in this question. The answer depends on the level of experience and the particular HR function in which you will specialize. Craigslist has some ok offerings. However, HR is a field where networking is very important.

Also, is this a career change? If so, then look for an outsourcer such as Hewitt Associates or Accenture HR where they will train you and then place in in an HR capacity.
Temp/ Placement agencies are the greatest. I've always used them.
