If you want to get a general scope and learning of Human Resources, which major is best for you?

Question:

Answer:
Business Management with a specialty in HR.
If you are interested in being a social worker, or work for the dhhr, you need to get some psychology/ and sociology under your belt.
I might not get picked for the best answer, but I have had friends with biology degrees go into HR.

Seriously, any college degree can get you into HR, choose something you enjoy if you are ONLY going into HR.

I say ONLY going into HR, because you will have stiff competition since soo many people try since its really easy major / job. I'm gonna get roasted by HR people here.

To them, I say shut it.

I work in HR at work study, and 2 out of 3 people I work with don't have degrees yet, they are non-traditional students and will just be getting their bachelor's in 2 years. Hella nice people, and they are extremely competent without a degree.

Hey, if you really like HR, go to a school w/ a major in HR.
