There must be some software allows the user to create geometry questions.
Does anyone know something like that?

If what u r looking for a program that u can do geometry equation Microsoft Word brings one. Do the following Insert --> object--> Microsoft Equation 3.0. It may have to install itself. This link shows u how t look like. It makes making equation really simple. To draw shapes u would have to draw it.
