I started as a HR recruitment coordinator and went for my review and was asked to find out what my job objectives would be

First off. If you are employed by a bank...run! Banks are known for paying their employees very little. Banks are into making as much money as possible and that includes cheap employment.

At least look for other employers while you work there.

My aim in life is to be a HR manager and then acheive higher peeks in the same field similarly even in banking sector, i will start my career as Hr executive than I can proceed on to HR leader and finally after working for 5 years I can get HR manager position.
