Looking for Project Manager job in singapore... Help?

Question: I have worked earlier in Sinagapore for couple of years. For some reason I had to return back home. I am keen on getting back to Singapore. Recently I had been there on vacation and my family loved this place.
I am in IT and looking for Project management role. Can any one suggest me best option for obtaining a job in Singpore ?? I tried through some consultants, it didnt work out. At the moment I dont have work permit but I can pay for it if required !!
