I haven't bee able to get a job in my field since then. I'm not asking for too much $. I made $17.25 hourly when I left. I'm only asking for $13.00 hourly now. SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: Fifteen years experience as HR Benefits Representative for large Midwest bank with international locations. Five years as Inbound Call Center Case Manager serving customer base of 73,000 people. I specialize in the areas of enrollment/eligibility and claims customer service for Medical (HMO, PPO, POS, Indemnity) Dental (DMO and Comprehensive), Vision and Life insurance.
