What U.S. state has the most Human Resource jobs available?

I was an HR Associate with J.P. Morgan Chase in Chicago for over 20 years and was laid off in May 2003 when the HR call center moved out of state. I haven't bee able to get a job in my field since then. I'm not asking for too much $. I made $17.25 hourly when I left. I'm only asking for $13.00 hourly now. SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: Fifteen years experience as HR Benefits Representative for large Midwest bank with international locations. Five years as Inbound Call Center Case Manager serving customer base of 73,000 people. I specialize in the areas of enrollment/eligibility and claims customer service for Medical (HMO, PPO, POS, Indemnity) Dental (DMO and Comprehensive), Vision and Life insurance.

the tampa bay area in florida seems to have alot of HR jobs. Put your resume out on yahoo jobs and I'll bet you'll get a bunch of offers.
